If you are not entirely delighted with any products that you have chosen, you may
return them to me within 14 days of receipt. I will be happy to offer you a refund
provided that the products are returned complete, perfect and in unused condition, with the
original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, I strongly recommend you obtain a
free certificate of postage from the Post Office as I can only be held responsible
for your parcel once I have safely received it.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

All UK deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £4.95 and we
will aim to deliver to you within 5 working days.
